Description

This position provides leadership and direction regarding the delivery of services, support, equipment, training, and technical planning for the Citys end user computing environment. The incumbent provides and ensures exceptional customer service is given to all business areas within the city and is a main liaison with external service providers for the end user environment. This position is responsible for leading and implementing the strategic priorities that will advance the Citys end user technical and support environments. This position must be able to plan, direct and effectively communicate and supervise  staff within the branch. The position reports to the Manager, Cross Functional Solutions.
