Position Summary

CRBCL is excited to announce that we are in search of a strong leader and financial guru to join our growing team as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This individual will be action and goal oriented, an innovator and have a key understanding of best practices in financial controls and risk mitigation.

Education and Experience

Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
MBA, Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting would be an asset.
5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position preferred.
Bachelors Degree in business, Finance or Accounting from an accredited University.

Skills & Abilities

Demonstrated strategic vision and leadership skills with the ability to anticipate future trends and outcomes, and deliver measurable, cost-effective results.
Proven ability to analyze and assess information to make sound decisions.
Must be proficient in finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles & GAAP.
Comprehensive understanding of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
Knowledge of best practices in internal controls and risk mitigation.
Skilled ability to analyze and manage the organizations liabilities and investments.
Knowledgeable about start-up organizations and how to set it up for success.
