Are you outgoing, friendly, helpful and can provide an exceptional customer experience?  
Melody Motors currently has an opening for a receptionist.  The receptionist is the hub of our dealership. The successful applicant will be at the front desk of the dealership to greet all customers that call or come in and make sure that they are directed to the appropriate individual or department. We are looking for a team member that can find the positive in every situation and focus on creating a positive environment for both our staff and customers.
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
    Greeting customers both by telephone and in person
    Manage multiple channels of communication including multi line phone system, email, and instant messaging.
    Make the customers feel at home in the dealership and provide an exceptional customer experience
    Administrative support to all departments  including but not limited to: data entry, file maintenance, media updates and publication, and other related tasks
    Ensuring the customer areas of the dealership are neat and tidy  minor cleaning responsibilities
    Decorating the showroom for seasonal events
    Regular communication to the dealership staff through instant messaging and regular newsletters (assisted by Management Team).
    Additional responsibilities may be available to this position depending on capacity and skill set of the successful candidate
Working conditions are:
    Tuesday to Saturday rotation
    Primarily stationary work at the front desk
    Varying workloads
