To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Department with the necessary administrative requirements, program support and building used equipment into the business system. This position will report to the Preowned Equipment Manager and will be based out of any of the Pattison Agriculture locations. This is a temporary full-time position beginning March 2022 with an approx. end date of April 2023.
This individuals responsibilities include:
-Supporting the Customer Relationship Management Tool
-Training new sales staff in the Customer Relationship Management Tools
-Managing trade inventory in Business system
-Managing/working with JD Quote requirements
-Maintaining customer data to ensure records are accurate
-Maintaining accurate and standardized files
-Fielding administrative/procedural inquiries from the sales team
-As needed, providing general administrative assistance for the sales team
-Compiling reports for management team
This would be an ideal position if you have:
-A minimum Grade 12; Business or Commerce diploma a definite asset or a combination of education and experience
-2+ years experience with various software and software support
-2+ years of accounting experience asset
-The ability to read, write, and speak effectively with customers and/or other employees
-General knowledge of accounts payable and general ledgering processes
-The ability to work in a team environment
-Good attention to detail and organizational skills
