Description

Management of SALPNs Complaints, Investigation, and Discipline processes

    Complaint intake and processing
    Coordinate and support the investigation process  
    Coordinate complaint and investigation data-entry/record-keeping
    Monitor resolution agreements and disciplinary sanctions
    Compile internal and external reporting
    Policy development


Support SALPNs statutory committees (Counselling and Investigation Committee and Discipline Committee)

    Coordinate committee meetings and hearings
    Prepare reports and communications on behalf of the committees
    Act as a liaison with legal counsel

Other Responsibilities

    Lead and/or participate in other SALPN projects
    Provide guidance, feedback, and support to other SALPN team members.
