Duties include but are not limited to:
Reporting to the General Manager, this position will provide efficient and accurate administrative support and secretarial services for the Society. Provides a courteous and professional reception for the Society's clients and general public. Maintain up-to-date accurate records and reports of the Accounting System. Responsible of ensuring all expenditures are coded in compliance with the chart of accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
-Recognized training in addition to Grade 12 standing.
-Computer training with tying speed of 60 WPM.
Knowledge:
-Knowledge in Aboriginal housing in Urban areas.
-Be familiar with various Agencies that interact with Yorkton Parkland Housing Society.
-Computer efficient
Experience:
-2 years experience
-Ability to work with others and be a team player.
-Bondable.
