Executive Director  Saskatchewan Horse Federation
The Saskatchewan Horse Federation (SHF) is now seeking applications for its next Executive Director (ED).  SHF is a not-for-profit organization representing clubs and individual members involved in equine activities in Saskatchewan.  SHF is the recognized governing body for equestrian sport in the province.
Our vision is to see the lives of people in Saskatchewan enhanced through lifelong involvement and fun in equestrian sports and related industry.  SHF has a strong relationship with our membership, sponsors and business partners and we strive to deliver quality programming to all of our athletes, be they recreational or competitive, coaches and officials while upholding high standards of equine welfare.
As the Executive Director, you would be responsible to provide overall management and leadership in implementing Board policy in a timely manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.
The Executive Director is the administrator of the Federation and will manage the affairs of the Federation in accordance with the policies as determined by the Board and under the provisions of the Constitution and Bylaws.  The Executive Director is responsible for the organizations consistent achievement of its mission objectives.  These objectives will be met through sound management of staff and financial obligations.

Salary Range: $51,000 to $70,000 depending on qualifications plus benefits.
