Soil Tech Services is a full-service crop input business located in Northeast Saskatchewan. We offer anhydrous ammonia, dry and liquid fertilizer, as well as, chemical, seed and agronomy services. We offer rental equipment and custom application to our customers. Our business is built on service, product knowledge, and trust. We have two locations serving Tisdale and Armley, Sk.
We are looking for a full-time Sales Agronomist at our Armley location.
Responsibilities:
~Provide customer service, agronomic advice, and product recommendations
~Conduct farm calls to help grow our footprint in the trading area
~Provide field scouting services during the growing season
~Develop crop plans with key customers
~Assist with management, distribution and growth of fertilizer and crop protection
Qualifications:
~University/College degree or diploma in Agriculture (Agronomy/Crop Science or related discipline)
~Past experience is an asset
~Strong communication skills
~Ability to work independently and as part of a team
~Ability to work long hours during the busy season (May-June and October)
~Class 5 Drivers licence
