Duties:
General reception duties including answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients
Format, proof and assemble financial statements & tax returns
Submitting tax returns for electronic filing
Client and CRA correspondence letters
Scan, print, file documents
Data entry
Preparation and sending of monthly accounts receivable statements
Filing
Other administrative duties as needed
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Overtime may be required and is paid at time and a half.
