Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining both physical and virtual Windows and Linux servers in enterprise Change Management and Datacenter environments
Strong working knowledge on network troubleshooting,
Strong working knowledge of AD/Exchange ecosystems including DNS, AD Replication and Sites
Exposure to light MSSQL server administration
VMware, Microsoft and Linux certifications are a plus
Implement and support disaster recovery solutions
General onsite support for networks: WAN and LAN connectivity, Internet Access, firewalls, cabling, and switching
Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
