Fast Genetics is currently seeking a highly motivated person to fill the position of Swine Production Technician Summer Student to work at our production facility north of Spiritwood.

This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions:
-Ensuring feed and water systems are working properly,
-Performing minor maintenance tasks,
-Power washing empty pens and prepping rooms for animal entry,
-Perform general farm duties as requested.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
-Self-motivated and reliable,
-Team player;
-Previous livestock experience would be an asset;
-Share in Fast Genetics core values
-Drivers license;

-Wages range from $15.00-$16.50/hr and are based on the successful candidate's current level of relevant studies and experience
