-Event Coordination (35%)
Execution of plans and activities related to tournaments, weddings, fundraisers, corporate functions, etc. held at the Humboldt Golf Club; facilitate the set-up and take-down of event materials and equipment; monitor logistics, staff, and volunteers; oversee event plans, ensure appropriate administration of event's protocols and procedures; ensure budgetary controls and procedures are followed
-Event Planning/Support (25%)
Developing and coordinating specific event elements such as logistics, staffing, registration. Administer and follow up on event details for clients.
-Marketing (25%)
Communication and Media (including radio, digital, social and print media); Coordination and production of communication materials; drafting of media messaging; prepare event announcements
-Assist the General Manager (15%)
Assist the General Manager in delivering the vision and mission of the Humboldt Golf Club
