Duties and Responsibilities
Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of the motel staff
Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate working tasks
Resolve problems and prepare progress reports
Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and operation policies
Requisition supplies and materials
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
May perform the same duties as other motel staff.
Qualifications
At least one years of experience in accommodation industry.
Strong leadership and positive attitude
Success with communication and strong customer service
Ability to work independently as well as a team player
The ability to stand for several hours at a time, and fit body to be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 30 lbs.
Wages, Hours and Benefits
Wages $24/hour
Hours of Duty 40 per week
Overtime 1.5 times per hour exceeding 40 hours per week
Vacation 3 weeks paid vacation
