We are currently seeking individuals to enter our CNC Machine Operator Development Program at our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant. If you have ever wanted to learn to operate a Computer numerical control (CNC) machine such as a lathe, VMC, or Plasma Torch dont miss this opportunity.
Due to the growth of our company, we will be taking selected candidates and providing them with classroom and practical training. Following this training those that have shown their proficiency in operating a CNC Machine they will be offered full time positions.
To be successful in this role we believe:
    You have completed Grade 12 or have a GED Equivalency.
    You have a keen eye for detail.
    You enjoy working with machines and have a mechanical aptitude.
    You can perform mathematical calculations.
    You possess strong organizational skills and to work well in a team setting.
    You can complete the moderate physical demand in handling parts, tools and welding equipment.
    You have good communication skills, both verbally and written.
    You excel at working with minimal direction.
