Pro Exteriors Inc., is seeking a Service & Warranty Technician to join our team in Saskatoon.  

Primarily Responsibilities:
Answer calls, and emails from customers and assist the General Manager with the evaluation of the job.
Assist with the preparation of the quotes.
Schedule subtrades and manage their performance.
Follow-up materials logistics insuring materials are on site or available as needed for subtrades and internal workers.
Check job sites regularly to insure that they are kept in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
Check subtrades timeliness, quality and production while retrieving excess materials for return.
Return excess materials insuring that each job has been noted for dispersal and return of materials as required.
Compile and summarize and provide to General Manager on a weekly basis with actions taken or proposed accompanied by timelines if incomplete when submitted.
Work with North Ride Construction and Quality Assurance to coordinate the completion of service requests from North Ridge.  
Liaise with subtrades and customers to coordinate required service work and resolve issues.
Assist in the planning, scheduling and monitoring of construction activities to ensure all aspects of the project are completed.
Complete inspection of each completed home.
Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in the eave trough, soffit and fascia industry
3 years experience in the construction industry for exterior finishes including siding (vinyl and hardy board) as well as stone accent product knowledge and inspecting techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Valid drivers license, insurable by North Ridge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions from hot to cold.
Must be a resident of Saskatchewan and be legally able to work in Canada.
