Express Employment Regina is currently looking to fill a full time Customer Service Management role with a top client of ours. The ideal candidate would possess solid managerial experience and the ability to strive in a remote work setting. This job would be a contract type position however it does have the possibility of turning into a long-term permanent opportunity with our client. Applicants with management or HR experience in the customer service industry would serve as a major asset.
Job Duties Include:
-Overall management and leadership of around 50 employees in a customer service/help desk support role
-Display leadership and oversight to help desk team to support the high demand of client inquiries as well as offer assistance with escalated issues
-Providing mentorship and guidance to workforce regarding client concerns as well as interpersonal issues within team
-Display constant professionalism and solid verbal and written communication skills in a remote and in person job setting
-Coordinate with other areas of our clients organization in respects to matters relating directly and indirectly to supervised department
-Provide direction of workflow within managed workforce as well as facilitate onboarding, workstation set up and training of new employees
Job Requirements:
-Applicants must currently reside in Regina or have ability to reliably commute into Regina as needed
-At least 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, prior experience overseeing a large workforce is an asset
-At least 5 years in the customer service industry
-Must possess a high level of experience with computers and typing
-Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills
-Possess own Windows laptop or computer, secure/reliable internet connection and a headset
-Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
