Job Description: The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision/consultation and service development in a rural mental health and addiction services setting. Incumbent has specialized knowledge and provides education and clinical support specific to Partners for Change Outcome Management System. The incumbent will support the team and Manager in program development, evaluation, and change management. Incumbent may be called upon to provide individual, family, and or group services.
Required Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
Experience
A minimum of 3 years post Masters clinical experience in a professional setting. A minimum of one year supervisory experience in a mental health and addiction services community setting. Mental Health and Addiction Services in a rural setting is preferred.
