Your Day to Day
Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients
Answer incoming phone calls/inquiries related to servicing
Meet and greet customers
Create quotes and work orders for repairs
Consult with technicians regarding required repairs and/or maintenance and provide options to our clients including info about available aftermarket and OEM parts
Provide clients with regular info and updates regarding status of repairs
Work with parts department to determine availability and scheduling of future service appointments
Complete and close repair orders
Advise clients about warranty protections and potential savings
Review repair order and service performed with client after service
What You Bring to the Table
High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or sales capacity, preferably automotive
Mechanical inclination and knowledge of how cars work
Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation/conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal/written communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets
Detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
Knowledge of CDK is an asset
Must possess a valid driver's license and safe driving history
