-Summary of Role-
We are looking for a receptionist to handle client inquiries, work in correlation with our advisors, and be the friendly face that greets our clients. The individual who joins our team will handle a complex workload, be detailed oriented, possess computer & organizational skills while being an excellent communicator.

-Duties and Responsibilities-
Process and follow up on all billing transactions.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Update & document client information.
Create and maintain client files while ensuring strict confidentiality for our clients.
Cash handling.
Assist in scheduling and calendar management.
Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Deal with all banking-related tasks, including daily deposits.
Other duties as assigned.
-Requirements-
Possess Level 1 General Insurance License or must be obtained within 3 months of start date.
Legally able to work in Canada
Ability to pass credit reference and criminal history check.
-Remuneration-
Starting wage available for this position is $15/hr, however, can be increased depending on experience in the insurance industry. Wage will be increased after licensing exam is passed.
We offer paid vacation days within first year of employment (no accumulation period).
Benefits would be offered after probation period.
