Responsibilities:
Working directly with the Marketing & Sales Manager
Required to do Sales Calls that are assigned as well as prospecting new business
Assist with creating relationships with current clients and developing new ones
Maintaining Social Media pages
Assisting the Manager with Special Event & Promotional planning
Assisting with the distribution and advertising of marketing material created
Prepare bi weekly Marketing Reports
Create Event Sheets for Recreation Centre bookings & distribute changes
Monitoring product price changes and assisting with POS system when required
Assist sales and marketing as necessary at any phase of sales/marketing efforts
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities
