Golden West Broadcasting has been connecting communities for over 60 years. We are proud to tell local stories on CFYM, Country 104 and West Central Online.

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a CSM, you will work relentlessly to add value to our largest clients.

The Role
    Partner with Account Managers to serve their clients
    Conduct regular account health checks and identify areas where Golden West and Homefield can provide additional services to clients
    Drive product value by ensuring your clients regularly review their advertising messages
    Report on campaign results
    Promote client retention and loyalty

The Ideal Candidate
    You are highly organized and can balance multiple clients at once
    You are a team player, able to work with other departments to support your clients goals
    Youre a self-starter. You can drive forward without daily direction
    Youre an excellent communicator. You present ideas clearly and put yourself in others shoes
    Marketing knowledge is an asset, but not required
