Job Responsibilities
All Supervisors
    Manage and mentor personnel, equipment and materials to ensure they arrive at location on time.
    Execute successful cementing jobs according to design/client specification; understand rigging in/out procedures.
    Execute cement jobs in accordance with the cementing operations process flow.
    Ensure efficient handling of day-to-day operations.
    Communicate effectively with clients and internally with other departments, including Sales and Dispatch.
    Work with station management to maintain operation and service standards and assist in leadership of the Station.
    Adhere to and enforce company Safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
    Prepare end of well, end of month, incident, abnormalities, maintenance, logbook, and end of jobs tickets and reports, or other reporting as required.
    Implement and maintain procedures to ensure high level of service.
    Develop and maintain strong external/internal client relationships in support of company values and objectives.
    Work with management to improve policy and procedures.
    Verify load tickets. Specific to Supervisor 1s
    Supervise a crew on basic primary cement jobs.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required:
o    Class 1 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.
o    Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg., bending, standing, gripping, sitting/driving, walking, and climbing repeatedly for extended periods.
o    Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time and in all types of weather conditions.
o    Able to be on call 24 hours on a 15 days on a 6 days off rotational schedule, remaining fit for duty at all times (subject to change due to market conditions).
o    Able to work in congested or confined areas, and with exposure to loud noises and vibration.
o    Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate the work of others.
o    Legally eligible to work in the country the role is based out of.
