Description

Memorial Lake Regional Park is seeking a manager for their licensed clubhouse located on their beautiful 18 hole grass green golf course, adjacent to Shell Lake, SK.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)
1. Starter for golfers - book tee times, rent golf carts and equipment
2. Food Preparation - including appetizer menu and meals for large event nights and tournaments.
3. Scheduling, training and supervising staff (including beverage cart and marshals)
4. Ordering, receiving and tracking all inventory
5. Financial Reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
6. Plan, promote and host events and tournaments - including meals and formats
7. Staff and Public Relations
8. Promote and Advertise all events
9. Maintenance of Clubhouse
10. Work collaboratively with other mangers and the park board
11. Attend monthly board and committee meetings
12. Create and follow a board approved budget

Skills and Requirements

5. Strong Computer Skills (Office, Excel, Outlook, Online programs for bookings, displays, Social Media)
6. WHMMIS, Serve it Right, Food Safety and First Aid Certifications (must possess all by start date)
7. Valid Drivers License
8. Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights and weekends
9. Proof of Vaccination
