The City of Swift Current is accepting applications for Summer Student Employment for the period of May to August 2022 in the following areas:
    Art Gallery of Swift Current         
    Chinook Golf Course Maintenance            
    Cultural Festivals            
    Fairview Pool                
    Parks
    Cemeteries  
    Recreation                 
    .  Summer Program Coordinator
    .  Families in the Park Coordinator
    .  The Zone Youth Centre Program
    .  Parks Play Leaders
    Swift Current Airport
    Swift Current Museum and Archives
    The Lyric Theatre/Great Southwest Shakespeare Festival
Water Treatment Plant
To be eligible you must be able to start work full-time in May/June, be a full-time secondary or post-secondary student in an accredited institution, returning to full-time studies in the Fall 2022, and be Youth Certified.
Please indicate on your resume the area of your post-secondary study, the departments/programs you are interested to work and previous work and volunteer experience.  
Due to unforeseen circumstances, summer student positions may not be guaranteed full time hours or summer employment from May to August. Those students who apply by February 28th will be the first candidates recruited if summer student positions are available. Students will be contacted in March and April for interviews; however, work hours will not be confirmed until the middle of April. All returning students must re-apply.
