Core Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process including screening candidates, conducting interviews and creating employment offers.
Advise employees on questions related to benefits, payroll, safety, etc.
Propose new ideas to continually improve employee experience and the efficiency of the HR department.
Build internal relationships by collaborating with all departments within the dealership.
Additional responsibilities in the field of office management and administration.
Minimum Requirements:
A strong desire to continuously learn and advance your skill set.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities.
