Just Solutions is a Moose Jaw-based insurance brokerage serving top farm business clients throughout Western Canada. Due to the nature of this role and its responsibilities, this is an in-person position.
This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions, but is not limited to:
Maintain, administer, and process customers information ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Data capture customers program specific information into various forms/spreadsheets/database
Contact customers and/or their authorized representative to obtain information, discuss and confirm requirements
Answering telephone calls, forwarding telephone calls to appropriate employees, taking, recording and forwarding telephone messages
Back-up Reception services as required
Booking Trade shows/events, arranging accommodations as needed

Ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong time management skills
Resourceful and able to problem solve
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Maintaining and organizing information in current forms and spreadsheets
Multitask working with multiple customer files, phone calls, walk-in traffic and interruptions while maintaining customer confidentiality
Excellent data entry and computer skills with a high degree of accuracy
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with an emphasis on collaboration and coordination
Intermediate computer skills with software programs such as Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook), Adobe and Internet browsers
Experience in Salesforce would be considered an asset
Preference will be given to applicants who have a minimum of three years experience in an office environment and have completed some post secondary education
Experience in the insurance industry would also be considered an asset
