Our team is looking for a HR analyst to provide analysis and recommendations in all HR program areas, including total rewards and workforce planning. Youll use your data-driven mindset to provide job evaluation program maintenance, compensation analysis, and HR program analytics.
What youll do:
- Participate in the development and maintenance of total rewards programs
- Monitor and make recommendations relevant to strategic workforce planning, including staffing and complement assessments, qualifications reviews, capacity modelling
- Monitor, track, and perform analysis of incentive compensation results and payments
- Performs compensation research, costing, and analysis related to compensation programs
- Administer various HR programs, including the job evaluation program and workforce planning analytics
