Our team is looking for a HR Specialist, Talent Attraction & Performance Management to provide strategic support to managers on talent attraction, workforce planning, and performance assessments.  

What youll do:
- Lead the talent acquisition process from start to finish (screening, testing, interviewing and reference checking)
- Influence workforce planning through proactive assessment and recruitment
- Work with managers to identify performance and talent gaps and provide solutions
- Research and articulate internal and external barriers to accomplishing strategic workforce planning goals; develop action plans and recommendations
- Leverage data and technology to implement leading practices in all areas of work

What youve got:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of practices related to talent attraction, workforce planning, and performance management; CPHR candidate or eligible to become a candidate
- An ability to use data to make proactive workforce planning and performance decisions
