Description

Explore this exciting new role as Human Resources Manager with a reputable, growing organization of over 150 employees in locations across Canada and the USA.
Based in Regina, Sasks head office, you will develop HR strategies and be a strategic partner with the Executive team, ensuring company HR needs are met and are aligned with business objectives.

You will:
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making with the Executive team, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies, services, policies and programs with corporate objectives.  
- Develop and implement HR strategies, programs and practices to create innovation and lead initiatives in areas such as workplace culture, training, career development, policies and procedures, health & safety and performance management, to name a few.
- Collaborate with the Executive and Managers to provide a consistent orientation process for new employees to learn and have a confident start with the company.
- Develop, update and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures throughout the organization, and in line with each locations legislation, employment standards and practices.  
- Identify leadership and training opportunities to promote employee development. Develop and implement approaches that foster sound employee relations and engagement.

Ideal experience and education:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.  A combination of education, training and experience will be considered.  A CPHR professional designation is a definite asset.  
- 10+ years of progressive human resources generalist experience, with a mix of HR strategic and HR generalist/hands-on responsibilities and 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
