DUTIES, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out all responsibilities in areas as assigned by Front Store Manager/ Assistant Front Store Manager including but not
limited to:

Merchandising
Organize backroom product
Ensure product is replenished on shelves in a timely manner
Signage and talkers displayed accordingly including flyers, corporate markdowns
Advanced skills in MMS
Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement, expiry dates, promotion, etc.
Ensures product displays are consumer focused and shoppable
Customer Service
Clean image to the customers in accordance with standards (eg. approved uniform and name badge, clean appearance, etc).
Take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles
Answers inquiries regarding location of product, rain checks, Optimum.

Will be cross-trained to perform cash responsibilities
Maintains security of the goods in the receiving and storage area in accordance with loss prevention policies and
procedures.

General
Complies with all Health and Safety requirements.
Performs other duties as required.

This position requires a balance of teamwork and efficiency in merchandising and receiving to meet store and customer
expectations.
This position requires efficiency, organization and neatness.
Cope with changing situations on the selling floor.
Determine customer satisfaction.
Cash responsibilities (if applicable) require accuracy and efficiency in processing the customer order to meet store and
customer expectations.

EXPERIENCE
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Some computer and register skills
Well organized with ability to record keep
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated
Ability to function as part of the team in a fast paced environment
Commitment to providing Superior Customer Service
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Previous merchandising experience is an asset
