Retail Store Supervisor Job Duties:
Provide training to new sales staff or cashiers.
Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers.
Assign the staff to day-to-day duties and maintain store staff job results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Prepare work schedules for staff.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with
potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Resolve the problems during operation, such as customer complaints and supply shortage
Forecast the sales volume and make effort to keep on track.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services; maintaining inventories.
Provide effective merchandising by preparing planograms; organizing store displays & signage; ensuring the store is clean and tidy.
Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining
additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
Regularly deposit the cash to the bank.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- 25 to 50 lbs of boxes
