Description

Accountable for ensuring the program goals are met for the departments the manager is responsible for, and the delivery of these services is consistent with policies, standards, legal requirements, philosophy and mission of St. Joseph's Hospital and the SHA.
Key position duties include but not limited to; hiring staff, performance reviews, direct staff supervision, budget review and assessment, project management, working with the management team to achieve organization goals.
