Description

General cleaning duties as required, such as Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and waxing hallways, floors and stairs, interior walls, ceilings, windows, doors and other furniture.
    Functioning industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy trash and other refuse.
    Cleaning snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
    Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms and fixtures
    Voiding garbage bins and other waste holders
    Cutting grass and tending grounds and plants
    When needed, you may have to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, contact tradespersons for significant repairs and also Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
    you may need to advertise vacancies, show apartments and offices to prospective tenants and collect rent
