Description

Full-time store Manager required for our Saskatoon location.  Your duties will be, yet not limited to:
- develop business strategies to increase customer base and traffic
- meet sales goas, optimize profitability while keeping a high level of customer satisfaction
- staff hiring, scheduling and terminating
- manage staff by training, motivating, mentoring and performance reviews
- excellent communication with the sales team
- must be able to problem solve in a positive manner with customers and with staff
- plan budgets, review expenditures and monitor revenues
- maintain the store in an inviting manner to entice customers and to keep repeat customers
- responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors
- ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) language would be an asset
