Description
We are a retail pharmacy located in a scenic rural valley town of Beauval, Saskatchewan. We operate an entire pharmacy dispensary operation and a retail store in the front. We need a Pharmacy Manager in the Retail Department to increase our level of service within the area.

Specific Skills:
Organize, plan, direct and evaluate the operations of retail establishment
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine consumer demand, potential sales volume
Maintain excellent sales operations and volume
Purchase merchandise
Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
Evaluate and improve customer service
Respond and resolve to customer complaints, requests and supply shortages
Address staffing demands
Recruit, hire workers and supervise staff
Develop retention plans for workers

Terms of Employment:      Permanent, Full time
Language of work:         English
Wage:                 $33.23 per hour
Hours:                 30 to 40 hours per week

Education
Completion of secondary school is required
University Degree or Diploma is preferred

Work Experience:     Several years of Pharmacy Retail Sales Experience (more than 5 years)
