Accountabilities include but not limited to:
Maintain office efficiency by maintaining
appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting. This includes directing phone calls are required.
Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list
Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors.
Manage all aspects of the offices space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
Coordination of supplier freight quotes, purchase orders, and be the point of contact for logistics.
Provide support to sales and accounting departments.
Daily duties include but not limited too:
Greeting and directing clients and customers
Assist operations, accounting, and sales as required
Filing, scanning and computer use (data entry)
Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role
English Proficient
Positive attitude, flexible and willing to learn
