Melliecent Building and Yard Maintenance Ltd. is looking for a dedicated individual to help us maintain and clean our client's building and facilities.
We are looking for someone to perform maintenance roles, and will be in-charge of the over-all upkeep of the property.
**SCHEDULE:
MONDAY to FRIDAY
7am to 5pm, with 2 hours split break (unpaid)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Performing routine inspections and carrying out necessary repairs and checks, performing light snow clearing, and maintaining overall building functions
-Perform light housekeeping duties
-Respond to tenant and management concerns
