Title of position: Poultry Labourer
Number of Positions: (10)
Job Duties:
Catches and loads poultry from producer barns and places onto processor trucks
Terms of employment: minimum 30 hours per week/ Full- time permanent (Evening and night shifts required)
Wage: $23.00 per hour
Language: Basic ability to read, write & speak English
Experience: Basic farm knowledge required; previous exposure to farm life a benefit
Location of work: Various farms throughout Saskatchewan
Skills/Requirements:
Must be physically fit
Valid drivers license preferred
Some knowledge of practical farm operations an asset
Some knowledge of the feeding and care of poultry an asset
Some knowledge of the kinds and uses of poultry raising supplies and equipment and asset
Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions.
