His primary job duties include (but are not limited to) assisting the Manager in all aspects of the daily operation and function of the restaurant - which includes
Braising and grilling meat and vegetables.
Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and cooking meat, cooking fresh Mexican sauce and vegetables
Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
Preventing cross-contamination.
Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.
Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.
Commitment to the production of high-quality outputs and excellent customer service.
Candidates must have knowledge in using kitchen equipment such as Grill, fryers, stoves, etc.
Cook and must adhere to safety guidelines for proper handling and storage of food. Work consists of maintaining kitchen equipment and following guidance by Manager and must work quickly and maintain constant communication with other associates.
