Manitou Springs Resort and Mineral Spa is an award winning Resort in the heart of the prairies and right beside the unique Little Manitou Lake - We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our housekeeping team.

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool. After being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.

- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.

- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.

- Interact with suppliers and vendors as it relates to housekeeping and laundry services.

- Recruit, hire, performance manage and discipline all housekeeping and laundry staff.
Participate in the budgeting process and the ongoing financial management of the housekeeping and laundry departments
