Job Description for the position of Truck Drivers Supervisor at S.K Transportation Inc. is as:

    Supervise and coordinate activities of long-haul truck drivers by verifying and keeping records of shipments: shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records.
    Schedule drivers and assign routes to maximize productivity.
    Organize and manage shipping schedules.
    Ensure that drivers receive required training and that they are aware of the transportation policies and procedures.
    Make sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
    Requisition of supplies and materials.
    Answer questions related to road safety, work procedures, customer requirements, etc.
    Perform other related duties as required.

Skills and Experience requirement:

    Drivers License - Class 1 or A, Air Brake Endorsement is required.
    Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.
    Knowledge of English language is required.
    Must be available to work early morning and late evening.
    Completion of Secondary Education is required.
