Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of salespeople and cashiers.
- Hire and train new salespeople or arrange for their training.
- Assign salespeople to specific tasks and create work schedules.
- Resolve any difficulties that may emerge, such as requests from customers, complaints, and supply shortages of various kinds of vapes.
- Maintain specified inventory and place orders for items such as vape flavours, cartridges, Vape pen charger, and many other smoking accessories.
- Post-sale support and maintenance
- May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
