There is an exciting career opportunity available for a Service Manager at our facility in Lloydminster. This position will oversee the repair and maintenance of agricultural, heavy trucking and construction equipment  within a diverse branch.

The Service Manager will provide quality leadership to a department of professionally trained Service Technicians, Foreman and Service Administration staff. You will also have responsibility for the general condition of the facility and be the main liaison for contractors.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

*Exemplary leadership abilities and experience in a similar position
*Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment service industry
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to provide outstanding customer service and develop strong business relationships in an effective manner
*Competence to produce strong financial results and achieve long term objectives
*Inspired to identify and capitalize on the significant growth opportunities in the service industry
*Journey Person certification in a related industry would be considered an asset
