We are looking for a full-time, experienced User Support Technicians to provide technical support to our customers. Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills are essential.
Job Duties:
Perform technical support through email/phone/on-site, for our StoreGrid cloud server service
Take the initial seed backup from the clients, monitor the client data backup process by the end of each day
Answer service calls and be ready to go to customers site, perform peer-to-peer assistant, diagnose and resolve technical problems that customers encounter
Provide preliminary estimates of the repair and labor costs to the customers
Greet walk-in customers, promote products in the store, help customers purchasing IT products that fit their needs.
Provide on-site configuration for the newly purchased devices
Maintain a work log for use by the management and by the other technician
Participate in the upgrading or redesigning process of our system/network when required, as well as in designing business solutions for customers
Perform other duties if assigned
Requirements for the role:
Have a valid driver license
Diploma or a bachelors degree, majored in computer application or IT is preferred
Flexible hours, comfortable working overtime
Patient, have strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
