Description

Successful applicants will be available to work a variety of shifts including days and evenings Monday-Sunday. Starting salary is based on experience with the potential to earn bonuses in relation to cost management. Position also qualifies for Group benefits plan.
Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position and
a SUBWAY Manager must possess excellent communication skills.
Subway or quick service restaurant experience prefered

    Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare food
    To take orders and serve customers as and when required
    Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
    Supports local and national marketing initiatives in partnership with main office.
    Completes University of SUBWAY courses as directed
    Experienced with computers and POS operations
    Problem solving and handle customer concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
    Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
    Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    To participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
    Learn from and assist the Shift Manager to resolve labour relation issues, track and produce reports on weekly inventories, sales revenue, labour and food cost.
