Description

BSFs Administrative Assistant carries out the day to day administrative, reception, and clerical tasks for our team. They are a key team member in supporting the management, sales, warehouse and service staff.
Responsible for:
    Act as the organizational receptionist and receive calls and guests;
    Answer and respond to emails, phone calls, customer service inquiries and forward communications as appropriate;
    Support the team with scheduling and task coordination;
    Document processes and create supporting paper and e-forms and assist in integrating processes and databases;
    Enter and manage data in our client, bookkeeping, and inventory databases;
    Carry out basic accounts receivable and payables tasks;
    Support sales by preparing basic quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and freight quoting and booking as needed;
    Provide auction clerical administration, data entry and customer service support;
    Prepare documents, reports and other forms of communication;
    Regularly check and maintain record of necessary supplies;
    Other duties as assigned.

    Is well-versed in general office programs and preferably cloud-based databases.
    Someone who has excellent customer service skills, is friendly, approachable, flexible, values teamwork and has a helping mindset.  
    Can work independently, seeks help as needed, is self-motivated, takes initiative to solve the teams pain-point problems and is highly organized.
    Additional bonus skills include using social media to promote business, basic web site data entry and modifications.  
    Has reliable transportation to get to our location in the north end of Saskatoon.
