BSFs Inside Sales person is one of the main faces of our company and needs to represent BSFs values of being fun, flexible, fair and customer-focused. Responsible for:
Creating a great customer experience by acting as a concierge for walk-in customers include greeting customers, offering beverages, listening to their needs, offering products and solutions and intaking their information.
Maintaining up to date product knowledge to answer customer questions and assist with solutions.
Pull together suitable product presentations and quotes based on customer needs.
Follow up with customers.
Develop leads and referrals.
Other duties as assigned.
