Main Duties:
Prepare food, including falafel, shawarma, kebab, samosa, donair, crispy chickpeas, pita chips and herb-based sauces
Set up and stock food counter as required
Prepare supply lists and ensure stock and equipment maintenance
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Schedule and supervise kitchen staff
Receive, track, execute orders and ensure quality control
Ensure the work area is clean and meets the health and safety standards; activities include but not limited to scrubbing down equipment, washing work station walls, changing fryer oil, tearing down shawarma spits
Train kitchen help when required
Requirements for the role:
Willing to work flexible schedules (day/ night shifts)
Energetic and customer service oriented
Able to work independently as well as a part of a team
Able to work under pressure and in fast paced environment
