Essential Job Functions:
1. Answer the multi-line phone system in a pleasant and timely manner, and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
2. Communicate with dealers & customers both internationally and domestically
3. Greet customers and visitors at the front desk
4. Ensure CT-PAT policies are enforced
5. Prepare bank deposits daily
6. Process and prepare invoices and credit returns both internationally and domestically
7. Processing credit card payments from US and Canadian customers in PayFabric
8. Month End duties as required
9. Assist with preparing parts and operator manuals for various departments and customers as required
10. Prepare mail and parcels daily
11. Process dealer bonus requests
12. Process RMAs as required
13. Review sales orders prior to shipment
14. Prepare invoicing and customs paperwork and related documents
15. Assisting other departments with filing and administrative/accounting duties as required
16. Process office supply orders; ensure proper stocking of items
17. Assist employees with operating the fax machine and photocopier
18. Assist Senior Leadership Team with clerical support or projects as required
19. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from supervisor
