Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Prepare work schedules and timesheet for payroll regularly
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Sell goods and products to customers
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff/cashiers
Take part in resolving problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order input goods and products
Any other duty as assigned by Manager/Director
